  • If you already have a number with TracFone, you can transfer that number to the phone you wish to Activate. This transfer may take a few hours or up to 2 business days to process.

  •   Transfer my phone number from another company to TracFone Help
  • If you currently have a phone number with another company, you can transfer your number to the TracFone you wish to Activate. Note: the transfer process may take a few hours, or up to 2 business days for wireless phone numbers. It may take longer for landline phone numbers.

  •   Complete my Activation with a number from another company (My Port was already completed) Help
  • If we contacted you via phone or email to let you know that your port was successfully processed, or you checked the status of your ticket online and it stated that you were ready to proceed with the Activation, please select this option to complete your Activation.
