To find your Net10 serial number:

  1. To find your Serial Number, from the main screen, tap the "Applications" icon.
  2. Slide your finger up on the screen to see more application icons then tap "Settings."
  3. Slide your finger up to see additional menu options then tap "About Phone."
  4. Tap "Status."
  5. Your NET10 phone Serial Number is listed under "MEID" and after "DEC."
  6. Tap the HOME key to return to the main screen.
Please note: Do not use the number listed on your phone package that begins with 840.
