To find your Net10 serial number:

To find your Serial Number:

1. Press the key below the word MENU. 
2. "Prepaid" will be displayed across the top of your screen. Press the key in the center of your navigation keys.
3. Using your navigation keys, go down to "Serial Number"and press the key in the center of your navigation keys. The number that appears is the phone's Serial Number.

If at anytime the screen light of your  NET10 phone goes off, press the any key to turn it on again.

To return to the main screen, press the PWR/END key.
