To find your Net10 serial number:

To find your Serial Number:

  1. Press the round MENU key, located in the center of the arrow keys. 
  2. "Prepaid" will be displayed across the top of your screen. Press SELECT.
  3. Using your arrow keys, go down to "Serial Number"and press OK. The 15-digit number that appears is the phone's Serial Number.

If at anytime the screen light of your  NET10 phone goes off, press any key to turn it on again.

To return to the main screen, press the PWR/END key.

Please note: Do not use the number listed on your phone package that begins with 840.
