To find your Net10 serial number:

  1. To find your Serial Number, tap the blue "Menu" icon located in the bottom left hand corner of your screen. 
  2. Tap the "Prepaid" icon.
  3. Tap "Serial Number."  The number that appears on your screen is your NET10 phone's Serial Number.
  4. To return to the main screen, press the red END key located at the lower right hand corner of your phone.
Please note: Do not use the number listed on your phone package that begins with 840.
