To find your Net10 serial number:

To find your Serial Number:

1. Press the key below the word MENU. 
2. "Prepaid" will be displayed across the top of your screen. Press SELECT.
3. Using your navigation keys, go down to "Serial Number"and press SELECT. The number that appears is the phone's Serial Number.

If at anytime the screen light of your  NET10 phone goes off, press the any key to turn it on again.

To return to the main screen, press the PWR/END key.
