Your Model

To find your Net10 serial number:

1. To find your Serial Number, press the "MENU" icon located in the lower right hand corner of your screen.
2. Press the "Prepaid" icon.
3. Press and slide down the red bar located on the right bar located on the right hand side of your screen.
4. Press "Serial Number."  The number that appears on your screen is your NET10 Serial Number.
   
5. To return to the main screen, press the END key located at the lower right hand corner of your phone.
