To find your Net10 serial number:

  1. To find your Serial Number, press the key below the word MENU.
  2. "Prepaid" will be highlighted. Press the center key.
  3. Go to "Serial Number" using the navigation keys, and then press the center key. The number that appears on your screen is your NET10 phone's Serial Number.
  4. Press the red END key to return to the main screen.
Please note: Do not use the number listed on your phone package that begins with 840.
