To find your Net10 serial number:

  1. To find your Serial Number, tap the "Prepaid" icon located in the lower right hand corner of your screen.
  2. Tap "Serial Number."  The number that appears on your screen is your NET10 phone's Serial Number.
  3. To return to the main screen, press the red PWR/END key.
Please note: Do not use the number listed on your phone package that begins with 840.
