To find your Net10 serial number:

  1. To find your Serial Number, press the key below the word MENU.
  2. "Prepaid" will be highlighted. Press the key located in the center of the navigation keys.
  3. Using your navigation keys go down to "Serial Number," then press the key in the center of the navigation keys. The number that appears on your screen is your NET10 phone's Serial Number.
  4. Press the red PWR/END key to return back to the main screen.
Please note: Do not use the number listed on your phone package that begins with 840.
