To find your Net10 serial number:

  1. To find your Serial Number, press the key below the word "MENU."
  2. "Prepaid" should be displayed. Press OK. 
  3. Use the arrow keys to go down to "Serial Number" then press OK. The number that appears is your NET10 phone's Serial Number. Press the PWR/END key to return to the main screen.

If at any time the screen light of your phone turns off, press any key to turn it on again.

Please note: Do not use the number listed on your phone package that begins with 840.
