To find your Net10 serial number:

  1. To find your Serial Number, press the key below MENU.
  2. "Prepaid" will be highlighted. Press the key in the center of your navigation keys. 
  3. Use your navigation keys to go down to "Serial Number" then press OK. The number that appears is your NET10 phone's Serial Number. 

Press the PWR/END key to return back to the main screen.
If at any time the screen light of your phone turns off, press any key to turn it on again.

Please note: Do not use the number listed on your phone package that begins with 840.
