To find your Net10 serial number:

  1. Select MENU from the main screen.
  2. "Prepaid" should be displayed. Press the OK key.
  3. Use the arrow keys to go down to "Serial Number". Then, press the OK key. The 18-digit number that appears is the phone's Serial Number. To get back to the main screen, press the red END/POWER key.

If at any time the screen light of your NET10 phone turns off, press the green SEND key to turn it on again.

Please note: Do not use the number listed on your phone package that begins with 840.
