To find your Net10 serial number:

  1. Select MENU from the main screen.
  2. "Prepaid" should be displayed. Press the key with the letter i on it.
  3. Use the navigation keys to go down to "Serial Number". Then, press SELECT. The 15-digit number that appears is the phone's Serial Number. To get back to the main screen, press the red END/POWER key.
Please note: Do not use the number listed on your phone package that begins with 840.
