Q. How can I reset my Voice Mail pass code if I am told that it is invalid?

Q. What should I do if callers hear another person's Voice Mail greeting when trying to leave me a message?
A. Please call our Customer Care Center at 1-877-TEN-CENT (1-877-836-2368) so that a representative can troubleshoot your issue.
Q. What should I do if every time I try to make a call I receive an operator message?

Q. What should I do if I hear another person's greeting when I call to retrieve my Voice Mail messages?

Q. Why are my wireless calls going directly to Voice Mail while I'm traveling outside of my home area?
A. You may have no signal or no service in that area.
Q. Why aren't callers prompted to leave a Voice Mail message after they hear my personal greeting?
A. The Voice Mail feature may not be setup properly. Please select the "Technical Support" option located in the "Service & Support" tab on our website and follow the instructions provided.
Q. Why aren't my unanswered calls forwarding to my Voice Mail?
A. Your Voice Mail may not be active. Click here for Voice Mail instructions.
Q. Why can't I access my Voice Mail from my wireless phone?
A. You may be dialing the number incorrectly. Please remember to enter the entire phone number. It may sometimes require adding a 1 in front of the number. You can also access your Voice Mail by pressing and holding down the 1 key.
Q. What should I do if I am having problems with the visual voicemail feature?
A. If you purchased an iPhone from NET10 and you are having problems with the visual voicemail feature, first it is highly recommended that you back up your information. IF YOU DO NOT BACK UP YOUR INFORMATION, ALL OF YOUR PHONE'S CONTENT WILL BE ERASED. Now, go to "Settings," "General," "Reset," and select "Erase All Content and Settings."
