A. If you experience any problems with your NET10 phone, please contact NET10 Customer Care Center at 1-877-TEN-CENT (1-877-836-2368), or please go to "Service & Support" and select "Technical Support" on our website and follow the instructions provided.
Q. What should I do if I am unable to make or receive any calls on my phone?
A. Your NET10 phone may not be completely Activated. Please select the "Technical Support" option located in the "Services & Support" tab on our website and follow the instructions provided.
