Q. How do I buy Airtime directly from my handset?
A. If you have an Android handset, you will ONLY be able to Add Airtime here on our website or by contacting our Customer Care Center at 1-877-TEN-CENT (1-877-836-2368).

If your phone has a Prepaid Menu, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your phone's Main Menu, and select the "Prepaid" option.
  2. Select the "Buy Airtime" option.
  3. Select the amount of Minutes you would like to buy.
  4. Confirm your selection.
  5. Your phone may ask you to enter a 4 digit Security PIN. If so, please enter it.
  6. Airtime will be added to your NET10 phone shortly.
For all other phones or if you need more detailed instructions, please refer to your phone's User Manual or contact our Customer Care Center at 1-877-TEN-CENT (1-877-836-2368).
Q. What do I do if I forgot my PIN?
A. You can find your PIN in the "Buy Now Summary" page on "My Account".
Q. What should I do if my "Buy Now-Airtime on Demand" is not working properly?
A. Please select the "Technical Support" option located in the "Service & Support" tab on our website and follow the instructions provided.
Q. Why doesn't my phone have the "Buy Now-Airtime on Demand" menu?
A. In order to enable the "Buy Now"/"Airtime on Demand" menu on your phone, you will need to register in "Buy Now". If you are already registered, select the "Technical Support" option located in the "Service & Support" tab on our website and follow the instructions provided.

This feature is not available for Android phones.
