Q. Can I add Airtime Cards while I am enrolled in a "Easy Minutes" plan?

A. Of course. You can add as many Airtime cards as you wish. Any minutes or days of service you add to your NET10 phone carry over and are added to the minutes and days of service you already have.

Q. Can I cancel my "Easy Minutes" plan at anytime?

A. Yes, you can cancel your "Easy Minutes" Plan enrollment at any time. There are no termination fees. Just login to My Account, click on the "Easy Minutes" tab and then click on "Cancel Enrollment from Easy Minutes" and choose the NET10 phone Serial Number's you want to cancel. Or, call our Customer Care Center at 1-877-TEN-CENT (1-877-836-2368).
