Q. What is Force Close?
A. Force Close is when an application/process/service stops responding. Usually you will have two choices, force close or wait:

  1. "Wait" informs the phone to wait and see if the program will return to normal operation.
  2. "Force Close" will tell the program to close so that the phone doesn't stay hung up. If it seems like nothing happened when you choose Force Close, then it probably closed and restarted itself automatically.

NOTE: If the device is slow, sluggish or freezing, you may need to remove and/or re-install the last application downloaded. To uninstall an application, please see the next question.
Q. What if I'm having trouble with an App?
A. If your phone model is an Android, and you are having trouble with an application, you might need to uninstall and re-install the application.
