Q. Can I cancel "Buy Now-Airtime on Demand" at any time?
A. Yes, you just need to select the cancel link corresponding to the NET10 phone you would like to de-enroll from "Buy Now" in the "Buy Now summary page" or by contacting our Customer Care Center at 1-877-TEN-CENT (1-877-836-2368).

Q. Can I get a receipt for a "Buy Now-Airtime on Demand" transaction?
A. Your "Buy Now"/"Airtime on Demand" transactions will be logged on your "Payment History" found on your "My Account". You can log in your account and print it at anytime.
Q. How do I Buy Airtime directly from my handset?
A. If you have an Android handset, you will ONLY be able to Add Airtime here on our website or by contacting our Customer Care Center at 1-877-TEN-CENT (1-877-836-2368).

If your phone has a Prepaid Menu, follow these steps:
  1. Go to the your phone's Main Menu, and select the "Prepaid" option.
  2. Select the "Buy Airtime" option.
  3. Select the amount of Minutes you would like to buy.
  4. Confirm your selection.
  5. Your phone may ask to enter a 4 digit Security PIN. If so, please enter it.
  6. Airtime will be added to your NET10 phone shortly.
For all other phones or if you need more detailed instructions, please refer to your phone's User Manual or contact our Customer Care Center at 1-877-TEN-CENT (1-877-836-2368).
Q. How do I enroll in "Buy Now-Airtime on Demand?"
A. To enroll, you must be registered in "My Account" and have a "Buy Now-Airtime on Demand" capable NET10 handset.

If your phone does NOT have a Prepaid Menu, your phone is NOT "Buy Now-Airtime on Demand" capable.

If you are NOT registered in "My Account", click here or call 1-877-836-2368. (You will need a valid credit card in order to enroll in "Buy Now-Airtime on Demand").

A. You can find your PIN in the "Buy Now Summary" page in "My Account."
