A. A warranty is a promise to replace your phone or accessory that contains a manufacturer's defect that hinders or prevents its proper operation.
Q. How long is the manufacturer's warranty on a new NET10 phone?
A. NET10 offers a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use by the purchaser.
Q. What is covered with the manufacturer's warranty?
A. All NET10 phones and accessories are covered under the manufacturer's warranty for up to 1 year from date of purchase.
Q. If I have passed the Service End Date displayed on my NET10 phone and it is deactivated, can I still use those Minutes if I Reactivate my NET10 phone?
A. Yes, Airtime will remain on your NET10 for 30 days after deactivation. If it is reactivated within 30 days from the deactivation date, you will still have your Minutes. However, Airtime which remained at the time of deactivation will be lost if your NET10 Service remains deactivated longer than 30 days.
