Q. I just bought a new NET10 phone. How do I upgrade?
A. In order to upgrade, please click on the "Activate/Reactivate" link. Follow the instructions to Activate your new NET10 phone, transfer your current phone number, and transfer any remaining Minutes.
Q. If I buy a new NET10 phone, can I transfer my phone number and any remaining Minutes to the new phone?
A. Yes. You can transfer your remaining Minutes to your new NET10 phone by clicking on the "Activate/Reactivate" link. Follow the instructions to Activate your new phone and transfer any remaining Minutes, as well as transfer your current number.
Q. What is a Phone Upgrade?
A. A phone upgrade is when you wish to transfer your phone number and any remaining Minutes from one NET10 Phone to another. You can perform an upgrade regardless of whether the phone you are transferring to is new or not.
