Q. I just bought a new NET10 phone. How do I upgrade?
A. In order to upgrade, please click on the "Activate/Reactivate" link. Follow the instructions to Activate your new NET10 phone, transfer your current phone number, and transfer any remaining Minutes.
Q. If I buy a new NET10 phone, can I transfer my phone number and any remaining Minutes to the new phone?
A. Yes. You can transfer your remaining Minutes to your new NET10 phone by clicking on the "Activate/Reactivate" link. Follow the instructions to Activate your new phone and transfer any remaining Minutes, as well as transfer your current number.
Q. If I upgrade to a new NET10 phone, will I still receive the 300 Bonus Minutes for activating?
A. No, the majority of the phones do not include the 300 Minutes upon Activation. You will only receive this benefit if the box packaging indicates that you will receive 60 days of Active Service plus 300 Bonus Minutes upon the first Activation of the phone.
Q. If I upgrade to a new NET10 phone, will my Service End Date change?
A. Yes. The Days of service remaining on your current NET10 phone are transferred during the Phone Upgrade, along with the additional 60 Days of service that you receive upon your first Activation.
Q. What is a Phone Upgrade?
A. A phone upgrade is when you wish to transfer your phone number and any remaining Minutes from one NET10 Phone to another. You can perform an upgrade regardless of whether the phone you are transferring to is new or not.
