Q. Does NET10 offer refunds?
A. NET10 offers a 30-day money back guarantee.

However, if you are requesting a refund for downloaded content from your Android handset, NET10 cannot provide you with a refund.   

If you would like a refund for a downloaded app from your Android, and it's WITHIN 15 minutes of the purchase:

  1. Go to the "Google Play" icon on your phone and press "Menu."
  2. Select "My Apps," then select the application.
  3. Select "Refund" to initiate the refund process.

If you would like a refund for a downloaded app from your Android, and it has been MORE THAN 15 minutes:

You will need to contact the seller/developer of the app directly to see about getting a refund.

Q. Can I get a refund for the remaining minutes I had on my lost or stolen phone?
A. There are no refunds or replacements on Airtime purchases or minutes.
