Q. How many days of service will I get when I Activate my NET10 phone?
A. For first time Activation, you will receive 60 days of active service.

If you have an Android handset, you must add an Unlimited 30 Day Monthly Plan to activate your phone.
Q. How many days of service will I receive if I add an Airtime card within 60 days of Activation?
A. The addition of more NET10 Prepaid Wireless Airtime Cards extends your active service either 30, 60, 90, 120, 180 days, 1 year or 2 years from the date the card is added depending on the denomination of the Airtime Card. The 200 (web exclusive) and 300 minute cards provide 60 days of service, the 450 provides 90, and the 600 provides 120 days of service. We also offer a 1,000 minute card which provides 180 days of service, a 2,000 minute card which provides 1 year of service, and a 4000 Minutes+1000 bonus minutes which gives 2 years of service. Add Airtime before your Service End Date or whenever you need more minutes and the minutes and days of service will be added to the minutes and days of service you already have.

If you have an Android handset, and you add an Unlimited 30 Day Monthly Plan before your Service End Date, it will be added to your Reserve.
Q. If I add an Airtime card after 60 days of Activation, how many days of service will I receive?
A. You will receive the total amount of days of service that is provided with each card. With our Improved Carry Over benefit, the minutes and days of service you add to your NET10 phone will be added to the minutes and days of service you already have.

If you have an Android handset, and your phone is active, the Unlimited 30 Day Monthly Plan will go to your Reserve. If not, your phone will be activated with the Unlimited 30 Day Monthly Plan.
Q. What is the maximum number of days that my Service End Date can be extended?
A. There are no limits! Get what you pay for with our Improved Carry Over benefit. The minutes and days of service you add to your NET10 phone will be added to the minutes and service days you already have.

If you have an Android handset, and your phone is active, the Unlimited 30 Day Monthly Plan will go to your Reserve. If not, your phone will be activated with the Unlimited 30 Day Monthly Plan.
Q. If I reactivate my NET10 phone, can I use the Minutes I already had?
A. Yes. Your phone will maintain the Minutes for 30 days from the day of deactivation. You must reactivate your phone within the 30 days of deactivation in order to keep the Minutes. However, if your phone is deactivated for more than 30 days, you will lose the Minutes you had.
