Q. Where can I buy a NET10 Airtime Card?
A. You can buy Airtime at any NET10 authorized retailer, from this website, or by calling our Customer Care Center at 1-877-TEN-CENT (1-877-836-2368).
Q. What happens if I forget to buy and add an Airtime card before my Service End Date?
A. In the event you do not add a NET10 Airtime Card by your Service End Date, you will lose your NET10 phone number. Airtime which remained at the time of deactivation will remain on your NET10 phone if it is Reactivated within 30 days from the deactivation date. You can Reactivate your service by simply buying and adding another Airtime card; however, you will be assigned a new wireless phone number.
Q. How does my Service End Date change when I add Airtime Cards?
A. With our Improved Carry Over Benefit, the minutes and service days you add to your NET10 phone are added to the minutes and service days you already have.
Q. Will I lose the remaining minutes in my NET10 phone if I add an additional Airtime Card before my Service End Date?
A. No, you keep your minutes and/or service days and they do not expire with active service. With our Improved Carry Over Benefit, the minutes and service days you add to your NET10 phone are added to the minutes and service days you already have.

If you have an Android handset and you add an Unlimited 30 Day Monthly Plan before your Service End Date, and still have Minutes and Service Days remaining, this card will go to your Reserve. If you Android does NOT have Minutes or Service Days remaining, it will be added to your phone.
Q. Where is the Airtime PIN number located on my Airtime card?
A. Your Airtime PIN number is located on the back of your Airtime card or on your register receipt. To locate the PIN number, simply remove the Airtime card attached to the cardboard packaging and locate the gray strip on the back of your card. Scratch off the gray strip in order to reveal your 15-digit Airtime PIN number.
Q. Why would my NET10 telephone number be cancelled if I do not add an Airtime card on time?
A. NET10 pays all charges to the carriers every month when we issue you a wireless phone number for your use. If you stop buying and adding Airtime cards, NET10 will stop paying the charges on that line for your use and will reassign that telephone number to a new NET10 customer.

All it takes to get your phone Activated again is to buy and add a NET10 Prepaid Wireless Airtime card. Buy a NET10 Prepaid Wireless Card online or contact our Customer Care Center at 1-877-TEN-CENT (1-877-836-2368). We will then assign you a new phone number and Reactivate your NET10 phone.
Q. How often do I need to buy and add a NET10 Airtime card?
A. You may Add Airtime any time to get more Minutes or to extend your Service End date/number of Service Days left and avoid deactivation. Your Minutes and Days of Service are displayed on your NET10 phone screen. The amount of Minutes you use is entirely up to you.

Adding NET10 Airtime Cards extends your active service 30, 60, 90, 120 or 180 days and 1 year or 2 years from the date the card is added-- depending on the denomination of the Airtime Card.

Enjoy our improved Carry Over Benefit! The Minutes and Service Days you add to your NET10 phone are added to the Minutes and Service Days you already have.
Q. What is the difference between the minutes I have bought and my period of active service?
A. Your NET10 wireless service is a combination of minutes and active service. To make or receive a call, you must have both. You must have minutes remaining in your NET10 phone in order to make or receive a call, even if your Service End Date for active service has not yet occurred. Your NET10 phone must also have a Service End Date that has not yet passed to make or receive a call, even if you have minutes remaining.
Q. What should I do if I experience problems with my NET10 phone?
A. If you experience any problems with your NET10 phone, please contact NET10 Customer Care Center at 1-877-TEN-CENT (1-877-836-2368), or e-mail erdmanagement@tracfone.com. The Customer Care Representative will be happy to assist you with any NET10 related problems that may arise.
Q. How do I add Airtime?
A. Adding Airtime is easy! You can add Airtime directly from your NET10 phone with Rapid Refill. For instructions on how to use Rapid Refill, please refer to the add airtime page on this web site. You can also add airtime from this website, or call 1-877-836-2368.

If you have an Android handset, you will only be able to add airtime from this website, or by calling our Customer Care Center at 1-877-TEN-CENT (1-877-836-2368).
Q. What is Rapid Refill and/or how do I use Rapid Refill?
A. With Rapid Refill you can Add Airtime on-the-go directly from your NET10 phone.

  1. After your phone has been activated, select "Add" or "Redeem Airtime" from your phone's "Prepaid" menu.
  2. Enter your 15-digit Airtime PIN (found on your Airtime Card or a register receipt), then press the OK key or the key in the center of the navigation keys.
  3. Airtime will be sent directly to your NET10 phone and you will be notified via a free text message when the Minutes have been added. (Keep your Airtime Card until your minutes have been received).

This features is NOT available for Android phones.
Q. How can I keep my NET10 service active without having to keep buying Airtime Cards often?
A. Purchase a 1,000-minute card to keep service active for 6 months or a 2,000-minute card to keep your service active for 1 year. Please see cards for further details.
Q. What happens if I add a PayGo card prior to the 30 days of service from the NET10 Unlimited* 30 Day Monthly Plan or 750 Minutes 30 Day Monthly Plan currently on my phone?
A. It will delete any remaining Minutes or Service Days still available on your phone.

If you have an Android handset, you will only be able to add the Unlimited* 30-Day Monthly Plan.
Q. What happens if I add another NET10 30 Day Monthly Plan prior to the 30 days?
A. Unlimited* 30-Day Monthly Plans will be placed in your phone's NET10 Reserve and added automatically to your phone service, one by one, on a monthly basis. However, if you add another 750 Minutes Monthly Plan, you will lose any remaining Minutes and/or Service Days still available.

If you have an Android handset, you will only be able to add the Unlimited 30-Day Monthly Plan.
Q. If I run out of minutes and have NET10 Monthly Plans in my Reserve, can I redeem them?
A. Yes, if you are active with a 750 Minutes 30-Day Monthly Plan, you may redeem a plan from your reserve at any time. Otherwise, the next NET10 Monthly Plan in your Reserve, will be added to your phone on your Service End Date. If you are active with a NET10 Unlimited* 30-Day Monthly Plan, you will have unlimited benefits, so the next plan in your Reserve will be added on your Service End Date.
