A. Voice Mail is a network service that allows a caller to record a message when you cannot be reached. You can then call your Voice Mailbox and retrieve your messages. This feature is available on digital and GSM phone models.

Q. How much does Voice Mail cost?

A. The feature is free. However, minutes will be deducted if you call your Voice Mailbox from your NET10 phone. There is no charge if you check your Voice Mail from a landline phone.
