Q. What is Caller ID?

A. Caller ID is a service that displays the phone number of the person calling you. It may not be offered in certain carrier coverage areas.

Q. How do I use Caller ID?

A. The number of the person calling will appear on your phone screen.

Q. Can I block my phone number for outbound calls?

A. You must dial * 6 7 before the phone number you are dialing to prevent the caller from viewing your phone number.

Q. Is the Caller ID feature available in my local area?

A. The Caller ID feature depends on your zip code and phone model. If your phone displays "Caller"/ "Incoming Call", the Caller ID feature is not available in your area.

Q. Why do some phone numbers show up as private?

A. The person calling your phone is calling from an unlisted number.
