Downloads Guide

If your phone is currently active with a NET10 Monthly Plan, you will not be able to buy content from your handset. Please visit www.NET10.com/data to purchase ringtones and graphics.

1. Slide your phone open. 
2.  Press the SOFT2 key located on the bottom right of your keyboard.  You will be connected to the NET10 Mobile Web.
3. Using your navigation keys, go to "Downloads." Press the SOFT1 key at the left of your keyboard.
4. Go to "Ringtones" then press SOFT1.
5. The different categories of ringtones will appear.  Go to the one you want and press SOFT1.
6. The different selctions of ringtones will appear.  Go to the one you want and press SOFT1.
7. Using your navigation keys, highlight a ringtone to download and press SOFT1.
8. Review your selection, then highlight "Buy" and press SOFT1.
9. A "Thank You" message will appear on your screen. Click on the link to begin the download by pressing SOFT1.
10. Your file information will appear on the display.  Press the key below the word "Buy" to complete your purchase.
11. Your file will be downloaded into your "Multimedia" folder.   Press the SOFT1 key to listen to your file.
12. Press the PWR/End key twice to exit the browser and return to the main screen.
